Scope of works of VINACT:

- Evaluation of Technical Documents, making reports on result of evaluation of technical documents, reports on approval of list of contractors meeting technical requirements.
- Opening and evaluation of Financial Documents, making reports on result of Financial Documents, draft contract negotiation, reports on approval of contractor selection
- Other related works to the package under requirements of Project Director
